For the course enrolment:
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) if required.

Once you complete the course and receive your Statement of Attainment, you then apply to the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in Queensland or State for the dangerous goods driver licence. Steps include:
Lodging your application (online or in-person) with required documentation — course certificate, medical certificate, driver licence, identity, etc.
There will be checks of your traffic and criminal history — poor history may lead to refusal.
Once approved, you’ll receive an interim authority then your card/licence.
