Dean from Brisbane Truck School is an absolute legend. From the moment I got in the truck, he was calm, polite, and incredibly clear with his instructions. Dean explains things in a very specific, no-nonsense way that actually makes sense, which builds confidence straight away. Nothing felt rushed or stressful, and he knows exactly how to prepare you for the test conditions. My lesson was for a HR License If you want an instructor who keeps you relaxed, focused, and test-ready, Dean is the bloke you want beside you. I'm highly recommend Karaleah. She's very professional and explaining everything clearly. I was carrying a lot of stress but Karaleah helped me to ease out those feelings. I was relaxed and listening all the tips and her genius guiding. She gave you so many information at first but trust me she's actually helping me to build that confidence in a short period of time before taking on the test!!! I'm so thankful to have her.

Right from arrival Dean was keen to give me the best of his tips and advice.I automatically felt at ease and ready to hit the road, once out driving I was relaxed behind the wheel.Two hours past very quickly.Mirrors Mirrors and Mirrors was Dean's message to me and once in the test situation I was looking in the mirrors constantly.I must also give a shout out to Nieil with whom I did my first 3 lessons with.These two guys are great instructors. They have so much patience which is why I got along with them during the lesson part of the process.Thanks to Brisbane Truck Driving School for arranging the lessons and test dates and great trucks to drive.

Firstly, booking the lesson was very easy, quick and all the info was sent to me. My instructor Tim was very informative at the start of my 4hour lesson. Briefed me on all the instrument panel and things I needed to know before we started. His guidance and patience throughout the lesson made me feel very comfortable driving the vehicle. My experience was great at BTS. Over the two day course for a HRW licence the staff were Friendly, funny and engaging. Awesome training facility, with a kitchenette (coffee on tap), vending machine and cafe down the road.

Neil is a Professional and easy going bloke. Good tutor/mentor and knows his stuff. Had good chats with Neil whilst getting training for my Mr truck licence. Assured me when I made mistakes to keep me calm and collected and told me my mistakes to work on.. Overall a good mentor. I was super happy with my experience with the staff at Brisbane Truck School. Everyone was very helpful from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the amazing instructors I was lucky to have David, and would recommend trying to book with him if possible, he might even take your photo if you park the unit up nice and neat to ?? Because of my short stay in Brisbane they went that extra mile to insure my certificate was ready the very next day Couldn't rate them any higher Ill definitely be back if getting more tickets or renewals Andrew.

Great company and the trainers are there to help you pass as long as you put the work in too. The very few bad reviews these people get are from disgruntled customers that haven’t passed due to their own incompetence and decide they need to blame others. If you go in wanting to learn and are somewhat intelligent, you will pass. Why would we want these tickets and qualifications given to people who can’t even do it right when they’re under supervision?
