My experience was great at BTS. Over the two day course for a HRW licence the staff were Friendly, funny and engaging. Awesome training facility, with a kitchenette (coffee on tap), vending machine and cafe down the road.

Neil is a Professional and easy going bloke. Good tutor/mentor and knows his stuff. Had good chats with Neil whilst getting training for my Mr truck licence. Assured me when I made mistakes to keep me calm and collected and told me my mistakes to work on.. Overall a good mentor. By the end of the training I was good enough that I flew through my test and made the inspector bored while driving good.Thanks Neil

I was super happy with my experience with the staff at Brisbane Truck School. Everyone was very helpful from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the amazing instructors I was lucky to have David, and would recommend trying to book with him if possible, he might even take your photo if you park the unit up nice and neat to ?? Because of my short stay in Brisbane they went that extra mile to insure my certificate was ready the very next day Couldn't rate them any higher Ill definitely be back if getting more tickets or renewals Andrew.

Great company and the trainers are there to help you pass as long as you put the work in too. The very few bad reviews these people get are from disgruntled customers that haven’t passed due to their own incompetence and decide they need to blame others. If you go in wanting to learn and are somewhat intelligent, you will pass. Why would we want these tickets and qualifications given to people who can’t even do it right when they’re under supervision?
