I passed my MR truck licence this week thanks to Brendon Johnson. He is a fantastic truck driving instructor. He is patient and calm and it’s easy to learn from him. He made me drive different possible routes and taught me how to reverse the truck by understanding the truck. I highly recommend him for your MR Licence.

I booked and went to my front end loader course at the civil trans,. Luke is probably one of the greatest if not best facilitator I have encountered, with two teams of dump trucks and front end loader he synchronised the training and once I ran through my practices and thoroughly showed key elements with this particular plant machine, but also fed me information on the other plant machines I'm eager to come back promptly and get them done now. Thanks Luke, true gentlemen

They went above and beyond to support my son, who was under 16 at the time, ensuring he not only completed the training but truly understood every aspect of it. The trainers took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including the written components, and adapted their teaching style to suit the way he learns. They never rushed him and made sure he was completely confident and competent operating the machine before signing him off. I can’t recommend Brisbane Truck School highly enough. I was on the cancellation standby list for my HR licence and got the call on a Monday afternoon for a slot the very next morning.I met my instructor, Karaleah, at 4:30 AM in Wynnum for a 4-hour intensive training block. Karaleah was fantastic—courteous, incredibly patient, and very clear with her instructions.The training was perfectly structured:First 2 Hours: Focused on familiarization with the truck's controls and gaining spatial awareness while navigating the quirky streets of Wynnum.Second 2 Hours: After a quick break, we headed out into peak-hour traffic on the Gateway Hwy. Karaleah’s coaching made me feel much more comfortable, even while mastering the air brakes, which definitely take some getting used to!I headed straight to the TMR for my 1hr test feeling confident. Given that clipping a curb is an instant fail and you're only allowed 8 demerits, the stakes are high. Thanks to Karaleah’s expert prep, I passed with minor demerits regarding those "air brake" control.If you want an instructor who actually prepares you for the realities of the road and the strictness of the TMR test, ask for Karaleah!
