- This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to perform a rescue from live low voltage (LV) electrical apparatus in an electricity supply industry (ESI) environment. This does not include overhead lines and underground cables.

Course Pre-Requisites:
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation AND
- UEECD0007 - Apply work health and safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace OR
- UETDREL006 - Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker

Course Outline
- Course includes both practical and theory elements
- Face-to-Face theory & practical training.
- Students will perform practical first aid and rescue activities.
- Participants must be a minimum of 14 years of age to sit the assessment, and be proficient in reading and writing English
- Photo ID, wear appropriate clothing and closed in shoes
- A short literacy and numeracy test will be required
- Assessment type: Theory and Practical
- On successfully completion of being deemed competent you will receive a statement of attainment issued by QTLT RTO #40931
- UETDRRF004 Valid for 1 year
